Terms & Policies When Purchasing Our Wine
You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from us. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a person 21 years of age or older who is not under the influence of alcohol. Wines purchased from Complant Wines are not for resale.
Delivery Information
Standard delivery will arrive within 7 to 12 days, following compliance and credit card authorization. Delivery could occur Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays. State laws prohibit our shipping wine to hotels, motels or licensed beverage facilities outside of California. Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No minimum purchase is required.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping charges are calculated when you check out. Shipping total includes product-handling costs. Shipping carrier is determined by the warehouse based upon shipping destination. We will make every effort to ensure appropriate weather conditions in the recipient’s destination, but it is the responsibility of the purchaser to alert us of unfavorable weather conditions in their area prior to shipping wine. Baron Family Wines LLC is not responsible for weather/temperature-related damage to wine shipments.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the nature of wine shipping laws, we may not be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to your state. These states include, but are not limited to AL, MS, OK & UT.
Returns
WITH THIS PURCHASE YOU AGREE:
To pay a $15 return fee + the cost of reshipment, if you fail to sign for delivery.
All packages sent out by Baron Family Wine, LLC require an adult signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. The shipper will attempt to deliver three times before sending the shipment back. If the package is unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for a $15 return fee plus the cost of reshipment. Please alert us as soon as possible if an adult will not be available to sign for the delivery and we will do our best to help you find a delivery solution.
